a) Booth Rental Rates

*Rentals are NOT inclusive of 8% Sales & Services Tax (SST).
b) Booking Procedures
- All confirmation on Exhibition Spaces must be done by completing the BookFest @ Malaysia 2025 Contract for Exhibition Space, chop & sign and submit before 2 January 2025.
- 50% of total amount made payable upon signing the contract on or before 24 February 2025. In the event the exhibitor fails to make payment as required, the Organizer reserves the right to terminate this Contract by written notice with immediate effect. The Organizer shall reserve the right to lease the said Exhibition Space to a third party.
- Balance of 50% of total amount due made payable on or before 28 February 2025.
- Exhibitors are not allowed to book two non-adjoining areas unless otherwise approved by the Organizer.
- All payments for Exhibition Space must be paid in full before any installations or displays are permitted.
- The Organizer reserves the right to relocate Exhibitor to other space at the Organizer’s sole discretion.
c) Cancellation Charges & Penalty
- Cancellation made after 24 January 2025 – 50% of total rental amount will be forfeited.
- Cancellation made after 28 February 2025 – 100% of total rental amount will be forfeited.
The cancellation policy applies to Contracts signed and all cancellation of Registration must be made in writing to the Organizer.
