All Bookings of Exhibition Spaces must be done by completing the BookFest @ Malaysia 2010 Contract for Exhibition Space, chop & sign and submit before 14 May 2010.
50% of total amount made payable upon signing the contract on or before 14 May 2010.
Balance of 50% of total amount due made payable on or before 16 July 2010.
Exhibitors are not allowed to book two non-adjoining areas unless otherwise approved by the Organizer.
All payments for Exhibition Space must be paid in full before any installations or display are permitted.
The Organizer reserves the right to relocate Exhibitor to other space at the Organizer’s sole discretion.
Cancellation Charges
Cancellation made before 14 May 2010 – 50% of total amount.
Cancellation made after 14 May 2010 – 100% of total amount.
The cancellation policy applies to Contracts signed and all cancellation of Registration must be made in writing to the Organizer.
